For many who struggle with anxiety, it can feel like we’re failing spiritually when we can’t follow God’s instruction in Scripture to not be afraid. In this video, Jenn Hall explains that while anxiety is not a sin, there are ways we can strengthen our spirit in the face of anxious thoughts.
