Learning to Live with Anxiety
Now that you understand what anxiety is and how it impacts us physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally, what can do you next? In this final video, Jenn Hall reminds us that while anxiety is common, it is essential for us to take ownership over our mental health so we can live well, even if our anxiety doesn’t fully go away.
