// Step 1

Read and meditate on this passage: “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” (Lamentations 3:22-23)

// Step 2

Answer these discussion questions:

    1. Has your loved one had their spiritual needs addressed? If not, how can you take steps to make sure they are?
    2. Dr. Butler said, “When you know who God is and what he’s done for us in Christ . . . you see glimmers of love, even in the heartache.” What does this statement mean for you?

// Step 3

Spend time in prayer:

Father,
You are faithful in every circumstance.
But sometimes, it’s hard to see.
Please grant me the ability to trust your will.
Help me see your mercy, love and sovereignty, even in this.
In Jesus’ name I pray.
Amen.

// Step 4
