// Step 1

Read and meditate on this verse: “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.” (Romans 8:28)

// Step 2

Answer these discussion questions:

    1. Do you or your loved one ever feel like this must be a punishment from God? Why is that ultimately untrue?
    2. How has God used struggles in your life for his will? Do you believe that, one day, this struggle could be used for good?
    3. Do the biblical examples in this video help you view suffering or even death in a different light? Why or why not?

// Step 3

Spend time in prayer:

God,
Give me courage and patience and peace as you work for my good, even when I can’t see it.
Help me and my loved ones trust in you, even through these difficult times.
In Jesus’ name I pray.
Amen.

// Step 4
