Why Is Pornography a Problem for Me?
Pornography is unhealthy because it is addictive, even if the use is infrequent. Because it’s “an illegitimate way of meeting a legitimate need,” pornography becomes a short-term solution to a long-term problem. In this video, Luke Campbell explains how addictive stimuli like pornography is often a maladaptive way of coping with deeper problems we’re trying to avoid.
