Adventures in Odyssey 1000th Episode Contest rules

1. Eligibility. The contest is open to all residents of Canada excluding residents of Quebec. Only Canadian Residents are eligible to enter the contest. Employees of Focus on the Family (Canada) Association (“Focus Canada”) and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, regardless of where they live) are not eligible for the contest. Contest participants must be the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
   
   
2. Entries. No purchase is necessary to participate in the contest draw for the grand prize of one (1) all-inclusive trip for a family of four to celebrate at the Adventures in Odyssey One Grand Party in Colorado Springs, Co, from August 2-3, 2024. To enter the contest, fill out the entry form at https://www.FocusOnTheFamily.ca/AIOContest, confirm that you have read and accepted these rules, and submit the entry form. All travelling family members must have a valid passport that will not expire before February 2025. All entries become the property of Focus Canada. Focus Canada is not responsible for lost, destroyed, misdirected or delayed entries. All entries must be completed and received during the contest entry period as noted below.
   
   
3. Number of Entries. One entry per person, per email address. Only one winner per household can be selected during the contest period as noted below.
   
   
4. Contest Entry Periods. The contest begins on May 10, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on June 7, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Only correct and complete entries received within the contest entry period will be eligible for the random draws. Ineligible entries will be discarded.
   
   
5. Draws. The winners will be selected by a random draw to be held on June 10, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time from qualifying entries received during the contest entry period. All prize draws will be held at the office of Focus Canada in Langley, BC (19946 80A Ave). Winners will be notified by email and phone.
   
   
6. Chances. The chances of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
   
   
7. Prizes. The prizes consist of one (1) all-inclusive trip for a family of four to celebrate at the Adventures in Odyssey One Grand Party in Colorado Springs, Co, from August 2-3, 2024. Includes:
• Attendance at the Experience Odyssey event on August 2
• Admission to the One Grand Show on August 3
• Blue Tier access, including Character Parties at Whit’s End and Actor Autograph Sessions
• Travel and accommodation expenses covered for 2 adults and 2 children
• Car rental and food per diem
• Exclusive merchandise
  
  
8. Acceptance. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferrable and not redeemable in cash.
   
   
9. Decisions. The decisions of the contest judges are final and not subject to challenge.
   
   
10. Ineligibility. In the event that a contest winner is not eligible or cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts by Focus Canada, Focus Canada has the right to qualify another participant and Focus Canada is released from any liability or responsibility in this regard.
    
    
11. Rules. By entering the contest, each participant agrees to accept and abide by these rules.
    
    
12. Waiver. By entering the contest, each participant agrees that Focus Canada and its directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns is not liable or responsible for any loss, damage or injury of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or the prizes awarded.
    
    
13. Privacy. By entering the contest, participants and winners consent to the use of personal information for the purposes of administering the contest and notifying and announcing winners. Focus Canada will use and protect participants’ personal information in a manner that is consistent with the Focus Canada Privacy Policy, which is available at http://www.FocusOnTheFamily.ca/Corporate/Privacy-Policy-And-Terms-Of-Use/.
    
    
14. Promotions. By claiming a prize, each contest winner consents to the use of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and city of residence without compensation for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium which Focus Canada considers appropriate.
    
    
15. Skill Testing Question. Contest winners must correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question before prizes will be awarded to them.
    
    
16. Release. Contest winners must sign a PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RELEASE FORM and provide it to Focus Canada before their prizes will be awarded to them.
    
    
17. Claiming Prizes. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification. After 30 days, prizes become the property of Focus Canada and Focus Canada is released from any liability or responsibility in this regard.
    
    
18. Substitutions. Focus Canada reserves the right to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of any prize for any reason whatsoever.
    
    
19. Termination. Focus Canada reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
    
    
20. Rules. These contest rules are available upon request from Focus Canada.
    
    
21. Laws. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
